The position of Product Manager with OGaming is a key role at the heart of the company, linking the management team with the tech department. It will require both technical and commercial understanding which will enable you to grow with us by successfully taking the lead on ongoing projects, and eventually build the Product team as we continue to grow.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the project manager for integrations, launches and in-house developments under the guidance of the CCO (taking ownership of the overall project from UX, compliance, tech, third party communications), seeing it through from conception to post-launch review, liaising between the tech team and other depts such as marketing

  • Being the interface between the tech team and the management team to take ownership of the product road map (eg with integrations) to agree on priorities and then drive through delivery

  • In time, leading the day to day relationship with the platform provider on behalf of us as the operator

  • Ensuring the product releases are on time and meet our expectations

  • Raising tickets with the relevant third parties and following up to check they have been actioned

  • Working with the compliance manager to ensure all regulatory features are present on the sites

  • Creating and maintaining product and process documentation on an ongoing basis

  • Helping the head of tech with the recruitment of permanent and temporary tech staff

  • Budgeting for development work, getting quotes, and assessing the pros and cons of in-house v out-sourced development

 

 Skills / Requisite Experience:

  • At least two years of experience in an iGaming company

  • A good understanding of customer needs and mapping out user journey strategies

  • Ability to juggle priorities and drive forward commercial imperatives

  • Strong technical understanding, solid experience with web and software technology as well as project management tools

  • Ability to think laterally and use diplomacy when faced with blockers

  • Educated to degree level or above

 

Desirable Experience:

  • Having worked as an account manager for a platform provider or having been a relationship manager for an operator

  • Strong understanding of mobile product development

  • Basic coding skills

  • Experience with integrating different payment methods and casino providers

  • Understanding of the marketing tools and affiliate platform eg. Netrefer, Income Access
