The Payments Manager role is crucial in ensuring that all international payments are managed and released in a timely manner, in line with established policies and regulations. Together with the Payments team, you will be helping us fulfil our promise of delivering a premium class experience to our clients, by enabling them to deposit and withdraw funds in a seamless operation whilst leading the team onto further growth.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading and driving the payment strategy as well as managing and motivating the Payments team

  • Overseeing and reporting on player withdrawals and investigating any escalated transaction discrepancies

  • Managing a cashier and dual wallet system

  • Negotiating both new and existing payment partnerships, and assisting with their integration as necessary

  • Overseeing the testing and quality assurance of newly added payment methods

  • Managing the escalation of payment issues with providers, tech support and other departments

  • Reviewing PSP contracts on a regular basis to ascertain that all processes and fees are in order

  • Delivering a high quality end to end customer experience by ensuring that payments are processed in a speedy and efficient manner

  • Analysing data and performance regarding payment products, and collating reports for use in decision making

  • Maintaining good PSP relationships and following up on performance and transaction issues

  • Maintaining, reviewing and optimising departmental records and documentation for all payment methods, including processes, procedures and analysis from day to day activity records

  • Staying up to date with changing industry requirements and latest trends



  • Proven experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry

  • Management or supervisory experience and developing a small team

  • Experience working with PaymentsIQ

  • Strong analytical skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Strong work ethic and a high level of integrity

  • Ability to build successful relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers
