Role description:

The Payments Specialist role is crucial in ensuring that all international payments are managed and released in a timely manner, in line with established policies and regulations. Working as part of a team, you will be analysing deposits and facilitating payouts to our customers, whilst also being involved directly in the configuration of new payment methods on our sites.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Processing player withdrawals and investigating any transaction discrepancies

  • Performing transaction reconciliations between PSPs and the back-office system

  • Analysing data and performance regarding payment products, and creation of reports for management to use in decision making

  • Performing testing and quality assurance of newly added payment methods

  • Reviewing PSP contracts on a regular basis to ascertain that all processes and fees are in order

  • Managing the escalation of payment issues with providers, tech support and other departments

  • Maintaining PSP balances and request settlements, and requesting funding where necessary

  • Maintaining good PSP relationships and follow up on performance and transaction issues

  • Maintaining, reviewing and optimising operational records and documentation for all payment methods, including processes, procedures and day to day activity records

  • Supporting the KYC team with document verification and GBG checks as required



  • Proven experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry

  • Experience working with PaymentsIQ

  • Strong analytical skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Strong work ethic and a high level of integrity
